The PUB Club Loyalty Programme Terms and conditions

(1) What is The PUB Club?

The PUB Club is the Loyalty Programme, which brings various advantages as discounts and material rewards for their members visiting the participating branches of the PUB regularly.
The PUB (see below).
To become a member of The PUB Club you only need The Loyalty Card, which is issued on demand in all participating branches of The PUB.
The PUB Club membership including the Loyalty Card costs symbolic 10 Czech crowns.
Personal Customer Account accessible on The PUB website is created for The Loyalty Card holders. The holders are able to check their Customer Accounts, make orders of material rewards, and, for instance, to be sent the lunch menu by e-mail.

(2) Basic provisions

To apply for The PUB Club loyalty card you must be aged 18 years and older.
The PUB Club loyalty card is not transferable and it is not possible to cash the benefits resulting from the card.
The PUB reserves the right to finish or change the Loyalty Programme at any time.
Prizes are not enforceable by the law.
By signing up to The PUB Club loyalty programme the customer agrees with the terms and conditions.

Note:
The PUB Club loyalty card is valid in all participating branches of The PUB. The Loyalty Programme is run for each branch of The PUB individually. It is not possible to claim the benefits achieved in the particular branch of The PUB in any other branch.

(4) Current Loyalty Programme

10th MEAL FOR FREE OF CHARGE – always when purchasing LUNCH MENU (meaning Main Dish) the holders of The PUB Club loyalty card will receive 1 point to his/her customer account. Every day it is possible to receive points for only one LUNCH MENU (meaning Main Dish) for one Loyalty Card. When receiving 9 of these points the customer is entitled to get the10th LUNCH MENU (meaning Main Dish) FREE OF CHARGE! Thus The PUB Club loyalty card holders are getting the permanent discount of 10%.
This Loyalty Programme works in the following branches of The PUB: The PUB Plzeň II, The PUB Praha 1, The PUB Praha 2, The PUB Praha 6, The PUB Karlovy Vary, The PUB Liberec, The PUB Pardubice.
COLLECT LITRES ! - The PUB Club loyalty card holders have the unique opportunity to earn litres of beer consumption to their account. You can earn litres of not only your own consumption but also of the consumption of the whole GROUP of your friends. Only those litres which are paid personally by the card holder for him/herself or for the whole group can be loaded onto the card.
So, it is only up to you, which strategy to get to the material rewards you choose...
After achieving the particular amount of litres you are entitled to choose any from the wide range of rewards, which you can get either directly in the branch of The PUB or which you can order from your Customer Account and be shipped by post.

THE BEER CREDIT CARD - The PUB Club Loyalty Programme members have the opportunity to top up their Loyalty Card with so called Beer Credits. These Beer Credits can be redeemed against all payments of consumed tank beer.

THE BEER CREDIT CARD saves your money!

One Beer Credit is equal to one big glass of tank beer and its price is always better comparing to price of beer. The price of beer and of The Beer Credit follows the valid price current listed in offering menu of the participating branches of The PUB.

At least 10 Beer Credits can be bought at any single topping up, it means 10 big glasses of beer (0, 5 l) can be pre-paid. You can have up to 50 Beer Credits on your customer account at the particular moment.

The Beer Credit can be first redeemed against the payment 12 hours after topping up, when the credit is accounted to your Customer Account and thus it would be moved from the category „Non-accounted Beer Credit" to the category „Available Beer Credit". You can check your Beer Credits balance online at your Customer Account after signing in at www.

The Beer Credit can be redeemed against the payment of tank beer, whether personally draught at the table or ordered at the bar, namely in the particular branch of The PUB in which the Credit was topped up.

It is not possible to exchange the credits back for cash after its topping up. If the Loyalty Programme is finished, the rest of the Beer Credits would be paid in cash to the holders of the loyalty cards.

THE BEER CREDIT CARD loyalty programme substitutes the previous “The Beer Pass“ programme. The Beer Passes purchased by the end of 2008 are still valid until their running out. It is not possible to transfer beers from The Beer Pass as the Beer Credits to The PUB Club loyalty card.

THE BEER CREDIT CARD does not only save your money, The PUB Club loyalty card loaded with the Beer Credits can also serve as an original present, which would be certainly successful at fun and golden drink lovers.
