When signing in for the first time, fill in your e-mail address to the password field (the same e-mail address you stated when you got your card). After entering your account fill in demanded personal details, please. If you did not state your e-mail address at the moment you got your card, you are not allowed to access your account yet. After completing this detail personally at any participating branch of The PUB, the access will be allowed.
